A legal person never pays income tax.
I know you won't believe me, but if you answer the following questions correctly, you'll find out for yourself.
Question 1: Is net profit income or part of income?
If your answer is net profit income, what would sales and turnover be called?
If your answer is part of income, why is income tax levied on part of income?
Question 2: Who owns net profit, a business or a businessman?
If your answer is a business, why does net profit go into the businessman's account?
If your answer is a businessman, what is the income of a business?
According to us, net profit is part of income, and its owner is a businessman. That's why I say a legal person never pays income tax.
Thank you.
