How This System Works

Welcome to the GST Purchase Reconciliation tool by FileBob! This tool helps you reconcile your GST purchase records with GSTR-2B in a quick and easy way. Below are the steps to get started:

  1. Upload Files: Click the buttons below to upload two CSV files:
    • Purchases as per Books: Your purchase records maintained in your accounting software (in CSV format).
    • Purchases as per GSTR-2B: Your GSTR-2B records downloaded from the GST portal (in CSV format).
  2. Reconcile: After uploading both files, click the "Reconcile" button to compare the data between your books and GSTR-2B. The system will identify:
    • Matched Records
    • Missing In GSTR-2B
    • Missing In Books
    • Mismatches
  3. Download Results: Once the reconciliation is complete, you can download the results in Excel format for detailed insights.

Note: Ensure that your CSV files are formatted correctly for accurate results.
